PrismRx recognizes that a member receiving their medication on time is important. Members may choose to have their medication mailed to their work, home, or a convenient location.
PrismRx’s normal delivery of prescriptions is Monday through Friday. Medication that needs to be kept cool will be delivered Tuesday through Friday. Some shipments sent by mail may arrive on Saturday.
Members are encouraged to notify the PrismRx Care Team if their address, phone number or delivery preference changes. Also, if the member is on vacation or away from home, they are encouraged to let the PrismRx Care Team know so delivery to an alternate location can be arranged.
Someone you trust needs to accept and sign for your package when it is delivered. If no one is available, call us to arrange a different time and location.
In remote areas, deliveries may be made as late as 7:30 p.m. Saturday delivery may be available. Members are encouraged to check with the PrismRx Care Team when they place their order. PrismRx can arrange a different delivery time or place if necessary.
If a member does not receive a package when scheduled, they are encouraged to call PrismRx Customer Service at 469.317.3400 as soon as possible to avoid missing a dose of their medication.
Occasionally, a member may require an emergency shipment. To meet that need, PrismRx has a pharmacist available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist with emergencies.
